A day at MacRitchie Reservoir with us

Start of the walk. We are the girls in the red and blue shirts standing beside each other.

It was a hot and sunny morning, just perfect for a treacherous walk through the MacRitchie reservoir. The whole entire group of friends came with us. We went there, hoping to get a bunch of good photos for the blog. And sure we did. Experience this great walk with us through photos.

Two kinds of butterflies. One on a leaf and the other in a drain. What is it doing there?

We also found a few Blue Triangles (Butterfly in the drain) in the drain. Are they supposed to be there? If the answer is no, WHY?
The orange butterfly's wings' shade of orange is like the colour of the sky when the sun sets.

Funny fungi. Looks like flowers. How cool! This is the first time we're seeing it.

“No one person has to do it all but if each one of us follow our heart and our own inclinations we will find the small things that we can do to create a sustainable future and a healthy environment.”
~ John Denver

Who threw this rubbish?! As the saying goes, "A little action goes a long way." Someone's going to pay for this "little" action in the future.

We had a great time taking pictures of Mother Nature and all that rubbish. If everyone litters, we'll be living in a world of trash. We will see if we can survive in such horrible conditions.

Pictures to see

Tiger population declining enormously.
Killing tigers? Oh so cool for poachers.

Cute Red Panda.
Uh, NO, not a pet. It's endangered.

Pandas uhh... drinking water?
How cute. How endangered.

These are animals that are endangered.
Save them. Save the Earth.

An "environmental question" to think about

OK, so you have been reading this blog haven't you? Right. So try this "environmental question". Try it to see just HOW MUCH you know about Mother Nature. Here goes:

Does polluted water actually have an effect on young children and women in other countries? Give a reason (a good one) for your answer.

For any enquiries bout this question or if you have just FINALLY "solved" this question, please do email us at crazymineliz@gmail.com.

The Earth in YOUR hands.

Have you ever thought of caring about the Earth? Saving it? Have you? Well, a bunch of completely random people haven't.  Have YOU heard Earth's voice crying for help? Don't mind if others have. I am asking- HAVE YOU? How does Earth look like? How does Earth smell like?

Have the entire Earth in your hands. Take care of it. Love it with all your heart. Ask others to save it too! As we said in our post earlier- Little actions go a long way. Just telling more to save the Earth can make a BIG difference to our homeland: The beautiful Mother Earth. She is crying for help. Ever so loudly for help. Saving Earth is a big job. Others are doing their part. What about you?

Saving the Earth. Do YOUR part too.

Like an Ice Cream...

What is like an ICE CREAM? Have you thought it through?

The answer is Mother Earth! Yes that's right, poor old Mother Earth. Global warming is MELTING thanks to us humans. We destroy Earth like we leave an ice cream cone out in the sun.

DEFORESTATION! LITTERING! SMOKE! DRIVING A CAR! Even the simplest act (Driving a car) can cause so much damage to Mother Earth! As the saying goes: Little actions go a long way. Our future generations down the road are going to pay for what we are doing today, right now. This very precious minute we are spending on Earth.

The tiger population is declining rapidly. RAPIDLY. We bet, even as we are posting this 'speech', some random tiger poachers are poaching tigers now. This hour. This minute. This second, people are destroying the Earth.

People are polluting the Earth. Even the simple act of throwing litter on the floor could go a very long way, as we said earlier.

Though some pathetic, random humans don't deserve to be children of Mother Nature, some deserve our respect. Just by throwing litter into the right place can help save the Earth. And those random midgets who throw the litter anywhere, anytime and anyhow are ruining others' chances of making it to Broadway'. Life is just unfair. Why do those people who destroy even DESERVE Mother Earth's love? She homes us in every way she can, and we in turn, we HURT her! How can they do something just SO ATROCIOUS?

Litter is strewn everywhere. Smoke lingering in clouds in the air. Endangered animals...
Think for yourself. How is Mother earth feeling? How does it feel to have a bottle or two on YOUR head?

Make a change today. Save the earth.
